Rach · Singapore
Former corporate, now a studio of one.
I'm Rach, and I've been designing for sixteen years. Nine of those ran alongside corporate jobs: five as a healthcare worker, then four in tech across crypto and AI. I built brands end to end and ran the marketing and the community around them. Rachops Design has been the whole job since 2021.
Most people who come to me are already posting. The views are low, and the ones they do get don't turn into anything. Both of those are content problems, and both of them are fixable. That's the work: growth, engagement, and customers who actually walk in.
Because it's just me, nobody sits in the middle. The person you brief is the person holding the camera, and the same one writing your report at the end of the month.
Outside the studio I mentor in Singapore's dance scene and direct events there, and I train Muay Thai, where I help run a women's-only community. Community building is something I do on weekends as well as for clients. The solo run gets documented in public over at @Petty_fighter.

Strategy
First we work out who your customer is and what would make them stop scrolling. Nothing gets posted before that part is settled.
Create
Then I film, design, and edit against that plan. Your job is to show up on shoot day and be yourself.
Grow
Every month you get a report in plain English: what worked, and what I'm changing because of it. Month three is usually where it starts to show.
Look at the
work first.
Everything on the feed is mine: planned, filmed, cut. It's the same work your account would get, so have a look before you talk to me.
The other half is design.
Before any of the reels there's the brand itself: identity, print, merch, editorial. I was doing this long before I was doing social, and it tends to show up in the social.
